Here are the instructions for onboarding directly from Revel

Revel’s Onboarding Process for Integrated Partners

Task

Email partnerconnectsetup@revelsystems.com with the following information
Client contact info (name & email)
Business name
Establishment(s)
Revel URL
CC the customer, asking them to reply with approval
Partner
Customer receives email and needs to reply with approval in the email thread
Customer
Revel receives email request
Check if the customer has a Partner Connect subscription, which is a requirement to integrate with partners in our ecosystem of integrated partners. If they don’t, Revel will send out an order form to e-sign.
Note: Partner Connect subscriptions are not required for enterprise customers.
Partner Connect subscription – a $25 monthly subscription to integrate with partners in our Ecosystem. If the customer is already paying for Partner Connect, no additional cost will be required.
Once your request is received, we will check if the client is paying for Partner Connect. If not, we will send the client an agreement and pricing for signature.
Revel
If the client doesn’t have Partner Connect. We cannot move to the next step until agreement is executed with the client.
If applicable, customer receives and e-signs the Partner Connect order form. We can not move forward until the customer completes this step.
Customer
List any additional configuration required on the client’s POS Management Console?
Example: Activate: “Online and app orders”

Complete any additional configuration required (listed above)
Generate and release API key/secret to Partner
What email should Revel send API key/secret to?
Revel
SLA: 2-3 business days
For customers that needs to sign the Partner Connect order form, SLA is 3-5 business days from the day Revel receives it.
