Site Configuration:
Radiant Site controllers can be configured to generate NACS XML Journal Reports that contain
detailed transaction data needed to provide the customer our Dashboard, Events and Audit features.
Before starting, the location (manager or IT associate) will have to configure the Journal Files
Reporting feature (in case they don't have that configuration already).
The Journal Reports (XML Files) are exported from the Site controller to the Back Office Computer
and then archived on a path that looks like the following :
C:\ProgramData\PDI\FocalPoint\JournalCollector\Archive\Radiant\01\
Installing SaviUpload Service
1. Download the SaviUploader.msi file from the link and double click it to run the installer. Click YES when prompted for admin permissions.
