Here is a sample public comment template that you can use to speak. Simply make a copy of this document and add your own information. Remember: speak from your heart and use examples from your life.

You usually will have 2 or 3 minutes to provide your comment (they will let you know in advance). Every city has different ways of calling in, make sure you look up how to call in (via zoom, phone line or otherwise) to provide your comment.
