User Testing was aimed at identifying any loopholes or inconsistencies that might have crept in during the process. We also observed seller behaviour for insights: the way they interact and also document what they speak.
We tested our designs with around 15 supplier in the batch of 3-4 people in one session.

Solutions we identified to fix this
For improving discoverability of Pricing detail and comprehension of pricing range, we added a coach mark style tooltip, which will be shown to suppliers till they click on “price details”.
Once they click on this pricing details, they go though the different pricing of all variants, which helps them in understanding price range also.
Once supplier is going through this expanded view, then from next time they were easily getting price range and values present into this.
Final UT round
Tested this with 4 more suppliers and now it was working well. We got 100% success rate on new designs.
