This is the Product Requirements Document template I use with my teams. The goal is to automate async reviews and engage stakeholders in a consistent and scalable way.
Before diving into the tools, you’ll need to customize your doc for your team. Here are the steps I recommend going through first:
Make a copy of this doc and name it “PRD - [Project Name]”
Under the SYNCED section, use the Cross-Doc Pack to pull in the “master list of all projects” from “Gannon’s PM Tools”
Set-up the Details of this PRD by selecting the project (pulled from a Cross-Doc sycn)
Set up notifications for Part 1 (Squad + Stakeholders), Part 2 (Squad), and the TDD (Squad eng plus your systems architect and any other relavant folks, such as data science)
