Start with 27 cards and have them think of one.
Deal the cards into 3 piles.
Ask which pile their card is in.
Collect the piles being sure to put their pile in the middle.
Repeat the process a second time placing their pile on top.
Repeat the process one final time placing their pile in the middle.
