The site is located north and south of Hatton Street in Bilston. There is a Redrow scheme that has constructed in 2013 adjacent and the site is located in the Bilston Area Action Plan which already recognises the site to be suitable for a residential use.
There is a layout for a 41 unit scheme, providing a mixture of houses and apartments which reflects the existing Redrow development. There is also potential to include further land to the west of the southern parcel to further increase the size of the development.
