Categories

This table records all of the categories added to the document. Categories are used for many purposes, including determining the meat, vegetable, and carb content of a meal, as well as helping organize the grocery list into sections.
Each category has a name, kind of (parent category), whether it has it’s own section at the grocery store, or alternatively which other section you’ll find those ingredients in. For example “Pork” is a kind of “Meat”, which is a section. “Herb” is not a section, but can be found in the “Vegetable” section.
