Meals
Add your meals for the week in the table. Each meal is composed of one or more dishes. You can select an existing dish or add one on the fly.
Newly created dishes will show up as an action item until you’ve entered the ingredients. Likewise, newly added ingredients will show up as an action item until you’ve entered their categories.
The ingredients in the dishes in the meal plan are automatically added to the .
While dishes and ingredients are used over and over, a meal is only used once. Once you’ve eaten the meal click the Eat button to mark it off. It will show up in your in case you want to refer back to it.

Grocery List
The grocery list is automatically calculated based on the dishes in the . Additionally, you can schedule recurring items in the section, or add one-time purchases using the Add button at the top.
Once you have an item click the Got it button to mark it off. If you made a mistake, click the button again to unmark it. One-time purchased can be removed using the Remove button.

Suggestions
This page suggests dishes you may want to add to your meal plan. It suggests dishes that:
You like (you’ve eaten them often)
Are unique (have different ingredients than what’s in your )
Are in season
You haven’t eaten in the last two weeks
If you like one of the suggestions, click Add button to add to your .

Staples
There are some items you know you want to purchase every week, even if they aren’t part of the . Add them to the table and they’ll automatically be inserted into your when it’s time to but them. For each item you can set how often you should purchase them (in weeks).

The meal log shows you a record of all of your past meals, and when you ate them. Click the Eat Again button to add it back to your .
