Track Weekly Goals

Put new learnings into practice with weekly action items
Here’s how...
: Use this page when setting weekly goals during the of the meeting
1. Set a new goal each week. Use the ‘’ approach as a guide.
Create just one ‘Start’, ‘Stop’, and ‘Continue’ type goal:
* Start: Start doing something new, Start approaching an old task in a new way
* Stop: Stop doing something
* Continue: Continue doing something, but set the bar higher
Pro Tip: To increase the likelihood of achieving your goals, make sure they are (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-bound)
2. Next session. Review and rate yourself on how you did from 1 to 5 stars, with a ‘1’ if you made a casual attempt and a ‘5’ if you full achieved your goal.
