1. Add yourself to the group: Scroll down to the Group Members list below, double-click ‘Lead_Learner’, add your name, then select the ‘Confirmed’ checkbox. 2. Make an invitation list: Jot down the names of 2-4 other people you’d like to invite. Form a group with people from your own team or open it up to people from other regions and functions. Pro Tip: Ideally, groups should have at least 3 members, and no more than 6.
3. Finalize the group: Once you’ve got at least 2 other people to join, click the Share button up top ↗️ to invite them all with ‘Edit’ permissions Pro Tip: Once everyone in the group has access, you can type the ‘at symbol’ (@) in front of anyone’s name (anywhere on the page) to chat or get their attention.
4. Identify preferred meeting times: Ask each group member to go to the ‘Meeting Preferences’ lists to select 2 preferred days and 2 preferred times of day they can meet. 5. Schedule a kickoff session: Invite all the members to a 1-hour kickoff session to meet each other and decide on which topic to learn about. Once the group has agreed on a time, schedule the first kickoff session and sent out calendar invites. Pro Tip: For in-person sessions, it’s a good idea to book conference rooms in advance. For online sessions, remember to add a video link to the calendar invite.
