1. For each topic you suggested, copy and paste at least one related URL in the ‘Resource Link’ fields. Pro Tips: Consider linking to an entire series of videos/podcasts or a collection of related articles
2. For each Resource Link, add the ‘Resource Type’ that best describes the delivery format—a video, a podcast, a book, article, or a SlideShare deck, for example.

DURING THE KICK-OFF SESSION
🖐️ #2: Vote for a topic
1. Tell everyone to click the thumbs-up icon (👍) to vote for Topics. Each person must cast at least 2 votes. Top-voted Resources automatically move up to the top of the list. They’ll get 15 and 60 seconds to vote.
Pro Tips:
* As a group, decide how many votes each person gets.
* To add new topics, go back to the ‘Pre-Work’ Step #1’ to suggest them
* Use the slider to set the timer, if you want to make it shorter than 60 seconds.How much time you give people really depends on how many topics you’re voting on.
2. Click the green ‘Start’ button once everyone’s ready to vote
3. Once you have one ‘winning’ Topic, click the ‘Winner’ checkbox next to it.
