Click the plus sign (+) in the ‘Upload image’ column to add the JPG, PNG, or

animated GIF⁠

file, or drag & drop it directly into the field. If the image doesn’t upload properly or takes too long, check that the file isn’t too large—preferably around 500 KB.

Once you’re ready to share it, take one final look at the

Congrats!⁠

page to make sure everything looks right to you. Then, remove this page so only the card page is visible.

Here’s how:

Go to the side menu and hover your cursor to the right of this page (currently selected)

Select the ‘more’ icon (3 dots), then select ‘Delete’ from the menu options

Click ‘Share’ at the top of the page, then select 'Copy published doc link’ to copy the link to the card to your clipboard, and paste the link in an email or text to the grad!

Note: For a nice presentation, click ‘Share’, then the ‘Publish’ tab and set ‘Show pages in top nav’ to On’. This keeps the side menu so it’s looks nicer.
