Control Table

Instructions:

Make sure everyone knows not to show any "hidden columns". All tables work off the "Current User" function.

My Wish list⁠

shows only the items that the "Current User" added.

⁠

Gift List⁠

shows only the items that everyone BUT the "Current User" added. In this section, make sure other family members are "claiming" gifts. This will take the item off the Gift List so that everyone else can only see what’s available.

My Shopping List⁠

shows the items that the "Current User" has claimed.

⁠

Control Table⁠

has the full list with the Claimed, Purchased, Received and Wrapped columns hidden. This is to ensure the admin can check on and make changes to other family members items after they have been "claimed" but that the admin can't also ruin their own Christmas!
