The ‘type of attendance’ is at the top of the app screen and provides a key way to filter down to the services that are appropriate for your client.
You can choose whether you want a service with a venue, something that is online or maybe only a phone service and importantly whether your client can’t get out and so needs a service that will come to them, home visit. You can also filter to a smartphone App.
Apps
These are downloadable apps as opposed to an online service. They will generally provide assessment, guidance, monitoring and self-management capabilities. The Apps on Service Finder have been reviewed by
You can now select “App” within “Type of Attendance”. This filter will show available mobile “Apps”.
Information Advice or Guidance
Sometimes your clients will just want some advice or guidance and not want to attend a session with someone. You are now able to use a filter under the type of attendance in the header bar. You can see an IAG button - Information Advice Guidance (IAG). Clicking this will filter to only those types of services.
