We recognise that different teams will want to use Service Finder in different ways. They will focus on different target audiences dealing with different circumstances and have different common searches with preferred filters.
You can decide which types of service are useful and which circumstances you support so that these are the only options that appear on your drop downs (note you will always be able to expand to the full list if you need to).
You can set up your own pathways (one pictured button that runs a search the team have defined) and your own Questions and Answers (questions with search terms to choose as answers)
You can turn the different filters on and off as you prefer.
We will support teams setting this up initially and train them to then configure any changes for themselves.
