It is useful to be able to explain to your client how they can actually access the service. Some services may need an assessment of your application, an appointment making, may require a membership, a professional referral or just a self-referral. Others may simply operate a drop-in within the opening hours.
This information is available to view for each service by reading the service details , but you can also use this as a tag to filter services that have a particular / specific next step. You can make multiple choices, which will act as an either/or choice, in that it will include services that meet any of these selections.
