The circumstances filter allows you to choose all of the circumstances that match the clients needs, from the results page
The Service Finder limits the Circumstance filters to only show the terms that have been used in the service data. This should mean you will not see a filter that could return no results at all, and you will always find services unless you ask for a service with several terms .
