After three days of hard work before the holidays.
I was confused and frustrated ... and also socially tired. I complained more than usual.
My impact was lower than usual, people behaved more like they needed to manage my stress. Didn’t get the answers I needed.
Give myself space, and grace, when trying to solve a problem. Try not to escalate it with others until I know what I need. (I did solve it)
