Weeks 5-8: Translating Concepts into Creation

- We will produce the approved demo video, tailored to appeal to each persona. - Scripts accompanying the demo video will be created to illustrate the unique value of your offerings. - These materials will be sent out and feedback will be solicited to ensure effectiveness.

Weeks 9-12: Initiating Engagement

- We will find one persona on LinkedIn and develop engaging messaging for this target. - An outreach campaign will be launched, with monitoring and A/B testing in place to optimize our strategy.

Weeks 13-16: Broadening the Horizons

- We'll launch a second persona on LinkedIn, paired with email follow-ups. - By establishing a multi-channel funnel, we'll deliver a consistent and personalized customer journey across platforms.

Beyond Week 16: Continuous Improvement

- We will persistently test, optimize, and introduce new personas to ensure the relevance and dynamism of your outreach.

Investment

To facilitate these outcomes, we propose a $3000 USD/month retainer, based on an estimate of five hours of work per week. This will cover the following:
Funnel Setup: The meticulous design and implementation of your sales funnel, incorporating automation and strategic touchpoints.
Monitoring: Continual assessment of funnel performance to gauge success and pinpoint potential areas of improvement.
Strategy Calls: Regular discussions to ensure alignment on objectives and to integrate any updates or directional changes smoothly.
Tools and Software: Essential tools for automation and monitoring will be covered.

Additional hours will be billed at $150/hr, capped at 6 additional hours per month. If more hours are required, we can discuss and get approval before proceeding.

While I will cover basic tools and software like monitoring tools and automation builders, some additional costs may be incurred for marketing automation software. These may include LinkedIn Sales Navigator, a cold emailing tool, and CRM if not already in use. These tools are vital in propelling your outreach and engagement strategy forward.

In essence, this investment signifies more than just the deliverables. It marks the beginning of a journey towards a more potent, scalable sales strategy tailor-made for your business.
