A campaign is made up of multiple pieces of content that are grouped together and released as a fluid set of posts at timed intervals. They are frequently centered on a single theme and are published in stages.
This will be available only to Advance pricing tiers.
Great way for Admins to enable for their LOs to be able to “enroll” into automatic content campaign feeds based on their preference. Some campaign examples given could be “holidays 2021 program, Motivational quote Mondays, 10 Facts about Real Estate etc”. It was also mentioned, that as LOs leave the organization, that they can get unenrolled from the campaigns.
This is also a requirement for American National.

Our Media Library feature in DS today allows users to upload and organize images and videos for use in creating posts.
The problem with the way the Media Library is currently set up is that it is difficult to manage and search for media files that have already been uploaded. Furthermore, bulk upload is not available, and you cannot edit them if you want to tailor them to a specific social media network.
This is important to our users because it allows them to successfully post articles with media files to increase engagement on their brand or user pages.
Solution: We'd like to streamline the Media Library by providing users with better tools for managing the library, making it easier to get an overview, improving the search, and allowing them to edit images uploaded, even adding captions, adjusting the size, color, and so on. Essentially, we provide them with the tools they require to manage their media library via our platform.
In addition, address existing issues such as saving media files required in archive reports, duplicate media files, video uploading issues, and the ability to view and select video thumbnails.

We should find a way to validate social network access tokens on some other cadence than when a post is attempted for a social network. My suggestion is to validate access upon login. If we find we no longer have access to a particular token for a particular user, we should send an email to the account owner email address asking them to update their token, and prevent posting for social networks which we do not have access to.
ADAM:
When a user attempts to connect a social network to the platform, we should check to see if the network already exists in our platform and prevent it from being uploaded again. The goal is to prevent the same social network from being displayed x times in various places within the platform (compose, social networks > accounts, reports, dashboard, etc). If there is a way to hold several tokens for the same social network but only display it once in the platform that would also work, but would likely be more technically challenging.

We have a customer (Cardinal Financial) who has several sub-entities who use Denim Social, with a common set of Users (Marketing, Compliance) who need some global actions for their Subs (namely for today, approval workflow). Organization hierarchies would allow a single user to log into multiple DS orgs, which isn’t possible today without numerous usernames/passwords
TrustedChoice use case: god-mode ability to publish to their ‘sub-accounts’ and manage other aspects
NOTE: NOT tackling aggregated analytics to the parent account for right now... not for the MVP version, at least.
TAYLOR:
All Cardinal teams would benefit from this with the Cardinal collections. Currently corporate adds approved content to the collections to share with the teams. Then the team admins or LOs have to submit those (already approved) posts back to corporate through the approval workflow. Takes extra time and creates a confusing experience. If we could include collections in the approval workflow updates that would be a huge relief for all 7 Cardinal accounts that I currently manage.

Dart Bank would love to have some sort of reminder for their end users in the platform telling them either what posts are coming up in their content calendar (either scheduled by admins or by the end user themselves) or what to post in general (example: don’t forget tomorrow is national corn on the cob day! Don’t forget to schedule your post! OR “you have a scheduled post for tomorrow” to remind them they have one coming up.
ADAM: one way to solve for the ambiguity of the nature of these “notifications” is to let the Admin team send messages to the intermediaries. That’s how I think we would solve this. And this request has come from prospects in the past (American National comes to mind immediately)

Integrate with OpenAI to create social media posts based on a supplied URL within Compose product.
By integrating with OpenAI, we can create a prompt such as “write a long-form social media post based on the following URL” and it can create a single (or multiple iterations) of a social media post that can be used in the post text, using GPT-3.
Cost for access to OpenAI is based on the number of “tokens” used. One token is approximately 4 generated words. 750 generated words is approximately 1000 tokens, and 1000 tokens is $.02. OpenAI is a “pay per use” model, so we would pay exactly what we use.
This would solve three main challenges for our users:

Legacy Mutual would like to be able to hide media library and content library folders. Their use case is they use to have divisions in CO and TN however they have temporarily closed those locations. They don't want to completely get rid of the content in those folders however they would like to hide them for the time being in order to de-clutter the libraries in both sections of the platform. Once they get those divisions up and running again, they'd un-hide those folders.

there’s no way for an admin to edit or delete a post that their other admin partner has created when it comes to them for approval. if a post is sitting in pending and was scheduled in the past, all they can do is decline to avoid the post going out.
