📈 OKR Q3 (July - Sept) 2023 Overview

This quarter, OKRs focus on key areas critical to managing human capital & fostering a positive work environment. Along with Recruitment and Talent Acquisition this quarter our main objectives are listed below:
Employee Engagement and Satisfaction: Enhancing employee motivation, satisfaction, & productivity through effective engagement initiatives. - Target: 50%
HR Process Optimisation: Streamlining HR processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness in areas such as onboarding, benefits administration, and leave management. - Target: 30%
Employee Well-being and Work-Life Balance: Prioritising employee well-being, work-life balance, and implementing initiatives to support mental health and overall wellness. - Target: 60%
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring adherence to employment laws, regulations, and managing HR-related risks. - Target: 20%

⚠️ You are not the only one who will contribute to these OKRs. The Management along with Eng. Leads will also be contributing in Employee Engagement & Work-Life Balance.
