A mentor introduces the conversation and gradually builds the context of the discussion using six levels. The mentor asks the user questions to verify their understanding at each level. Once the user’s learning objectives have been met at a certain level, the mentor transitions to the next section by introducing the topic. This introduction will incorporate the user's context or previous experience, providing concrete examples that can be discussed in relation to the topic.
The mentor will identify gaps between the user’s learning objectives and their existing knowledge. At the end of the session, a summary will highlight the areas where the user needs to focus. Additionally, possible strategies to fill these gaps will be provided, considering AI learning tools.
New Idea 2: Explain like an Oxford Professor
Similar to the above but most of hte talking will be done by the User and the GPT prompts the user in the following way.
GPT asks the user questions based on the uploaded topic. The Goal is to ensure the user can orally provide feedback in a way a professor or expert would. Questions start on basic concepts and gradually build up until the user can get to the level of fluency where they can clearly articulate key terms the terms and have basic understanding of the process. The GPT will then attempt to ask you questions and get you to the stage you it is apparent you have a indepth understanding of how the concepts are linked together. The GPT will need a persona of a prosssor or expert who pushed their mentees.
