Is there a free version of the pack?

There is. You can install the Mailchimp Lite pack for basic functionalities. Learn more about the Mailchimp Lite pack and the differences

Can I test the pack for free?

You can test the pack for 14 days for free when adding it the first time.

How do I pay for the pack?

Pack costs will automatically be added to your Coda plan. If you are on a free tier, you will start a monthly plan based on your pack costs.

Are there discounts for NGOs or Startups?

There is currently no way to offer discounts via the Pack marketplace. If you are an NGO and want to use the Mailchimp pack, reach out to me and we can discuss with Coda how to handle this the best.

How often will the pack be updated?

There is currently no schedule on updates. If you want to get notified about updates, sign up for the updates newsletter here

How can I delete a member?

Member deletion is not part of the Mailchimp pack. There are no plans to add this feature. To remove members from your audience, use the Update status button and set the status to "archived”. Learn more about this

I can’t subscribe a user. Why?

Make sure the user is not subscribed yet. If you are not sure, use the Update or subscribe button.

Make sure you use only merge fields that exist. If you use a merge field that does not exist, the member will not be added to the list!

Campaigns

My campaign won’t get sent, what can I do?

Make sure that the campaign fulfills all criteria of a Mailchimp campaign. It requires a From name, a subject etc. To debug, open the campaign on

Mailchimp.com⁠

and look for missing data.

How can I send a campaign to a specific segment?

Segment management & sending to segments is not implemented yet.

How long does it take to send a test mail?

Same as campaigns, sending test mails can take a few minutes. Also check your spam folder!

Template

Can I get the HTML of a Mailchimp template?

No, the Mailchimp API does not support fetching the HTML of a template.
