Hello
@Andrius Kulikauskas
Here is the draft paper about which integrates methods and reporting on the SQL table you provided me,
All the materials and methods are in this branch “ways” of the template
project_combined.pdf
4.6 MB
Based upon the SQL and analysis pipeline here:
Here are the LLM summaries, reviews, translations (abstract only) of the manuscript
This work was enabled by the and . I would estimate that to go from the SQL table you sent me via email, to this fully rendered PDF, it took about 30 minutes of manual time (interspersed in probably 15 intervals of 2 minutes). So I do not think this is perfect/final manuscript, however a great starting point for going from here.
At the project level I think there could be some more methods and visualization methods to make images that look like
. The manuscript could also be better structured according to principles (#SecondMind).
Also as always, working on examples of projects helps me better understand (what I do know, don’t know, can and cannot do, etc) the more general meta-science of the template/ repo — How can we facilitate scientific integrity, reproducibility, modularity, flexibility, and composability?

THANK YOU for opening my eyes to what is possible in this brave new world of AI. I greatly appreciate your genius even more so than the AI. I finished my work for Steph and now I look forward to reorganizing my life with more focus on research. I will study what you did above as I learn to use AI.
I would like to break down the creation of a knowledge palace into a sequence of steps. GIven a topic, such as chemistry, or Buckminster Fuller or an ant colony, is to make a database of examples of ways of figuring things out. That is what I would like to be able to get AI to do. I looked at your page at GitHub and now I understand what you’ve done. You have built this routine that can create a research paper. You made such a research paper based on the ways of figuring things out that I sent.
Personally, I want a different relationship with AI. I think AI is an automated “first mind” and basically a bull-shit machine that connects all the dots. I don’t have a need for that.
I have achieved a remarkable degree of independence by not worrying about what other people think. All the more so, I don’t want to look at what a brain-dead zombie thinks, certainly not what it thinks about me. That’s not a mirror that I want to look at. I am sad for the people who engage AI in that way. It seems a very self-destructive path.
Anyways, that kind of thinking is so shallow and superficial that it does not help me gain insights. It’s like eating a bag of cheese puffs hoping to stumble across an almond. It’s wasting a lot of space in my brain. It keeps me from focusing on what I want to focus on. Slop is a fine word for it.
What I want to do is to learn how to use AI to do what I want it to do, which is to collect text data and place it in a structured form, like a table of examples. And then process that data as I instruct. So I wil learn how to do that. Andrius 2025.12.05
