Use Cursor (May 27, 2024, Cursor 0.34) to do Codebase indexing on the entire Journal + Utilities repo.

Indexing took around 3+ hours for the first time, due to several thousand transcript files. Perhaps this could be sped up if there were no redundant files per session (e.g. ODT, PDF, TXT, SRT, JSON, CSV, etc. with same text), for example if we found that a given representation was
