M0 is base level, WHETHER.
M1 is the 1st mind, mind that knows, convergence.
M2 is the 2nd mind, the mind that asks, divergence.
M3 is the 3rd mind functional adjudication — one metaphor of this is like a Brake, Dam, Dial, Evaluator, etc...
“How” goes to “What”. In that case, M3 holds a break, How shifts to What.
With the brake gone, goes from What to Whether.
What you DON’T SEE is what happens, with the unconscious build up (e.g. of emotion, surprise). That is part of the dynamic regeneration
Up till few hundred milliseconds Neurologically, it is pre/sub/un-conscious. Then over hundreds of seconds, there is the “play ground of the mind” at 300-600 milliseconds (thickness of the present). That is like an interval where M3 could play.
A drug/treatment that shut down the brain, people would be “snappy”. This is consistent with the largely inhibitory role of pre-frontal.
Outbound connections, to the sensory organs.
Import/Export standards for organizing thoughts. With this standard, people could invest themselves in their tool & not have risk of the lock-in.
