Especially in discussions with Franz (Global Village / Hotel) and Struppi, I came to realize the natural fit between

the SolarPunk movement⁠

and our own “BEASTly math”.

A complaint about “SolarPunk” as a meme is it seemed all “doves and roses” with no rebellious streak. What was so “punk” about it, as in “counter-culture”? Wasn’t it all just more “feel good green”? An infusion of “martian blood” was in order, if these punks were to develop as a disciplined Geek Army, extending our World Domination meme from the early design science revolution days (the free and open source movement) on into the future.
