Following our discussion with the Intercom PR specialist, we confirmed that there is no automated method to merge two workspaces within Intercom. Therefore, all contacts, conversations, and other assets will need to be manually migrated from the Dexi workspace to the Mozenda workspace.
Given the time and effort required for this manual process, my recommendation is to retain one seat (out of the current 10) on the Dexi workspace. This approach ensures that historical data remains accessible during the transition. It’s important to note that Intercom charges based on the number of seats rather than the number of workspaces.
Simultaneously, we will need to increase the number of seats on the Mozenda workspace to accommodate the BDR users currently associated with Dexi workspace.
