ESTABLISHING YOUR OFFER
PROMISE What guarantees can you offer?
What result or outcome can you pretty much guarantee your client will experience if they do the work? In other words, if someone does what you tell them to, they can expect what type of guarantee?
PROCESS What do you do to get them the results?
What does your ideal client need to do to get from where they are now to where they want to go?

PILLARS An offer is ideally based on 1-4 “pillars.”
These “pillars” are based on 1-4 key pains and problems your ideal client needs to solve in order to get from where they are now to where they want to go. Identify the key elements or steps you take with your clients to ensure that they achieve the Promise.

DELIVERY/ FULFILLMENT
BRIEFLY explain how you will work with them over the duration of the container & how you onboard.
Example: 1-on-1 coaching for the full 12 weeks, on-demand course, group coaching calls daily. The first step is to…)
PRICING
Pricing must be decided on the value you bring to your client’s life. If you are solving a $10,000 or $100,000 problem, you need to charge accordingly.
What are the pricing options and payment plans?
What is the timeline they can expect to achieve these results by? (1 month, 12 weeks, 4.5 months, etc.?)
VALUE PROPOSITION
Now that you have identified who you help, and how you help them, turn this information into a value proposition. A value proposition is a simplified statement that will help anyone understand what exactly you do, and why they would want to work with you. Use this framework:
I help (person) overcome (problem) to achieve (payoff) without having to (pain) in (timeline) through our (protocol/UM) or (promise).
Example: I help moms overcome stress and anxiety to achieve a peaceful, balanced home life without having to spend more than 1 hour daily. I get moms results in 10 weeks through our Zen Mothers Method or we will work with them for free until they do.
