Living Agenda

1. Calendar

The Useful Links section is where you can store important links for easy access. I currently don’t have anything to show here, but this will grow as your agenda develops."
3. Existing Topics
In the Existing Topics section, you can:
View archived topics for reference.
Showcase the Discussion Topics table for quick answers.
4. Updates
In the Updates section, you can:
Archive old updates for clarity.

5. Proposal Ledger
For the proposal ledger im Going To Show you step-by-step how to create select lists.
6. Master Task Table
Here’s how to enhance your Master Task Table:
Add columns with select lists for better organization.
Showcase how to toggle on/ off Filter Bar
Use dates with button features for task automation.
Copy and paste the table setup for other views to save time.
7. Meeting Agendas
Copy and pasts Meeting Agenda into Meeting agendas page at the top each time, then collapse by date so its easy to find.
For Meeting Agendas, you simply copy and paste previous templates and format them with a large date at the top for clarity.
8. Development Plans
Use Cross Doc Sync to connect and sync your development plans across multiple documents or projects seamlessly. (make sure workspace and strategic development docs are published first)
9. Team Directory
In the Team Directory, customize how the table is displayed by using the options menu. This allows you to tailor the view to your team’s needs.
10. Digital Whiteboard
Finally, for a collaborative space, embed your Miro digital whiteboard. Simply type forward slash /, then select 'Embed,' and add your Miro link."
