As you embark on your journey of the onboarding process, you'll discover a collection of tools, resources, and features designed to streamline collaboration, enhance productivity, and foster teamwork.

Begin by reviewing the following checklist to understand the steps involved in onboarding to your new collaborative workspace environment.
Follow these instructions step-by-step to successfully onboard to your digital collaborative workspace and as you progress through this checklist, you'll gain the skills and knowledge needed to leverage the workspace to its fullest potential. We're excited to have you on board and look forward to seeing the impact you'll make within our collaborative network community! If you have any additional questions or need further assistance, don't hesitate to reach out to our support team.
You'll have the chance to personalize your workspace by incorporating a custom icon and banner on each document you create and will learn how to customize and filter data fields, among other features, empowering you to tailor your experience within the system.

Account & Workspace Set-Up
Customize your profile to reflect your role and preferences - select the pro plan in order to become a doc creator
Open
Copy the into your new Coda workspace under Docs, and then turn that copy into a template, which will then automatically be saved in your Coda templates section called “manage templates”.

Create a new doc and then insert workspace template into new doc created. Once template appears in workspace go ahead and publish the doc.
