Target Customers

info
This section is still a work-in-progress, as is requires the customer persona worksheets.
We used basic personas to guide our research. If you want to complete the worksheets for future marketing efforts, they’re linked here:
Enterprise – Large manufacturers, retailers, FMCG producers, and distributors moving goods in bulk on a daily basis to merchants, stockists, or end customers. They need to track deliveries and distribution across numerous routes, drivers, and vehicle types. They want to reduce complexity, potential for errors, issues, or delays, and boost efficiencies across their supply chain.
On Demand – Owners of SMEs that need to ship products to customers quickly throughout the day, such as e-commerce store owners and restaurants. They need a fast, reliable, and cost effective solution to find reliable dispatch riders and ensure a positive experience for their customers.
