Pricing

I charge a flat fee per project for my strategic coaching and consulting services to carry the project from start to completion. You will have my time every other week for an hour and a half for me to coach you through each phase of your project. We leverage peer-to-peer learning and, as applicable, you will be joined with other friends developing land projects where synergies and cross learning can be generated.

As a trained professional with extensive experience in each of the project phases, you may request my additional time for production work. I also have an incredible network of professionals and will provide you preferred access to some of the industry’s top talent for each project phase in addition to preferred relationships with countless vendors.
