Figma is becoming an industry standard, and we use it at Iter8 for its great collaborative features and creator-oriented interface. If you don’t feel confident about your Figma skills, it would benefit you greatly to take some time to master Figma—not just for Iter8, but for your future careers.

Depending on your degree progress, your exposure to design principles may vary. At Iter8, you will need to critique other people’s work and you will need to explain why; learning these basic design principles will give you a foundation for explaining your design decisions and critiques.
