Canceling Orders

Western Carriers and Western Wine:

Click on Online Inquiries → Specific Order Search → Find Order → Click on Request Cancellation

Alba/Aldenbridge warehouses:

Email the warehouse asking for the order to be canceled. Include Order # in the Subject.

⁠

1. Warehouse - Request Cancellation (if the order was submitted to the warehouse)

2. OMS - Void/Archive

3. No action is needed in NS
