Closings Orders

The difference between voiding, closing, and archiving

1. Archiving on OMS: If you archive an order on OMS, the order will remain open in Netsuite. If you've clicked archive and need the order removed completely, please close on Netsuite.

2. Closing on Netsuite: If you close an order, please archive it in OMS.

3. Voiding: If you need to remove an order from the system, please void it on OMS. The system will automatically close the order on Netsuite upon voiding it.

To maintain data consistency across all our platforms, I recommend ONLY voiding orders on OMS (since this triggers our system to void automatically on Netsuite as well) and refraining from archiving on OMS or closing directly on Netsuite.
