What is happening: The Destination Managers receive many requests for product growth/roadmaps/plans/improvements from many different sources - be it Marketing, Source Markets, Retail, Booking.com, Strategic Partnerships, Controlled Offer, David Schelp...


Impact: Too many requests can dilute the teams focus - it encourages a reactive mindset, which is disempowering and inefficient.

It also impacts the teams that rely on supply, as the information they receive one day can be easily changed the next depending on the influence or immediacy of an alternative request.


Solution: To support the Supply Management team and the Destination Managers as much as possible by collating the needs of different stakeholders, reformatting this into something quantifiable, and then providing them with a tool that will allow them to make intelligent, data-driven decisions on where to focus.
