SCS Guidelines for Meeting CDC recommendation

If class size cannot meet requirement during winter or summer season, must be remote.
Examples
Class size of 24, it can hold two cohorts with 12 per class and meets Winter Hybrid requirement. During summer, could create two cohorts of 12 each meeting Summer Hybrid Requirement and remain Hybrid. Also, during summer, meets Summer Normal requirement and can go back full time.
Class size of 16, it can hold two cohorts with 8 per class and meets Winter Hybrid model. During summer, can meet 24 class size minimum for Summer Hybrid model as well as Summer Normal model.
Class size of 8, meets both Summer and Winter Normal model requirements.
