Step 1: Initial Cleaning and Debris Removal
Inspect the area around the can and remove any visible debris. Stow away any trash, recycling& yard waste in the side bins. Spray plastic surfaces and tilt cans as needed to ensure the wand is hitting plastic, not water. Clean the bottom, sides, and back of the can. Pay special attention to the front edge of the can. Step 2: Secure and Spray
Ensure the can is securely locked in the grabber. Always use two hands to handle the spray gun. Spray away from your body, pedestrians, and property. Left and right sides, including wheels Clean the rim of the can inside the handle. Clean inside of the lid and the front wall of the can. Clean the top groove, each side of the reinforcement, center of the reinforcement. Use a spray pattern to clean the bottom of the can thoroughly. Step 3: Rinsing and Inspection
Turn the valve on and rinse the can for 3-5 seconds. Conduct a visual inspection for cleanliness. Roll the front of the can forward using your foot as a stop. Place the can in an inverted position to allow draining. Position the can 20 feet away for barrier protection if necessary. Step 4: Drying Process
Wipe the back wall of the can. Lift and wipe the inside of the lid and crevices. Flip the lid over and wipe the rim and handle. Tilt the can toward you to dry the sides and bottom. Rotate the can as needed while staying in one position. Conduct a quality assurance check on all surfaces during the drying process. Wipe the inside of the lid. Spray a liberal amount of fine mist deodorizer. Install or replace marketing materials as needed. Place the can back at the curb in a neat and orderly fashion.
