To create a new activity, simply click ‘+ New card’ or press the Add an activity button in any of the sections below. You can rename each section to a more appropriate timeframe.
Begin by mapping out broad activity types and identifying how much time (hours) you anticipate a student spending on that activity. (Activities should be mapped in chronological order left-to-right, top-to-bottom within each group.)
Once you have mapped out the activity types, you can begin to select specific activities, resources, and interactions and add any additional details required. Refer to the on the Workshop Overview page to identify some potential activities

Additional Tips

Change Timeframe Values
If you wish to change the timeframe from days to weeks, terms, or topics. Hover over the table and select Columns on the top-right.
Click the small arrow on the right of ‘Timeframe’ and choose ‘Select list options’.
Here you can enter any values you wish such as ‘Week 1’, ‘Michaelmas Term’, or ‘Induction’. You must separate individual entries with a comma.
Regardless of timeframe, it is recommended to include a numerical value such as ‘Week 1’ or ‘1. Monday’ to ensure information is presented in chronological order.
Add people to this doc
