Calgary UX - Design Problem
This is what Mark wrote from his notes, please feel free to correct or add details.
Talent Tracker
Build bridges between UX talent and clients in a easy-to-use platform
Currently, it’s hard to know who available to work in a community of 4,000 people
Mechanisms to apply for work aren’t perfect, so Calgary UX wants to foster easier ways to connect talent and clients
Want to prevent recruiters who mistreat designers
Transparency and privacy are the priorities, don’t want to keep data for too long
Periodic deletion (?) of data to prevent spamming large lists of people for opportunities
Talent has the ability to take their data out of the system (e.g. if they got a job)
Currently, this initiative exists as a Google Form and spreadsheet
