Thank you for taking the time to submit your proposal—we recognize the effort and passion that goes into these submissions.

After careful review, our organizing team has decided not to include your proposal in this year's Calgary program. Given the high volume of submissions, our selection process was highly competitive, with only about 1 in 4 proposals being accepted due to time and space constraints. That said, we sincerely encourage you to submit a proposal again in the future! UX Camp next year will offer even more opportunities to participate.

Additionally, proposals that were not selected for this year's event may still have a chance to be featured in upcoming Calgary UX and UX Edmonton monthly meetups, considered for UX Camp 2026, or collaborate with others. We will share more details in our follow-up communications.
