Auditorium: up to 400 people (but has an associated cost)

Branding

Wordpress has a way of allowing us to keep existing websites… Luis and Robert may need to chat about this

Luis bring a graphic designer to help brand both events as a family of conferences

Ensure there is a tie to the existing UX Camp event and branding, while unifying with Calgary UX without entirely aligning it to the Calgary UX branding

Luis reached out to ? (formerly ACAD) about having a student placement who can help with graphic design, motion graphics, print elements, etc.

Luis will send website wireframe/mockup ideas
