So many personal chefs get into the industry because they love to cook. Unfortunately, running a great personal chef business involves so much more than just making great food. It’s incredibly difficult to schedule meals for multiple clients, manage a large inventory of ingredients, and meet your clients’ dietary needs all while continuing to run a kitchen.
That’s where your own personal Chef Cloud comes in. Follow the instructions below to get started.

1. It all starts with .

Open the page and fill in the table with all of the amazing ingredients you use on a regular basis. Note that Coda AI can make this process incredibly easy! Read the instructions on the page to learn how.

2. Build your
repertoire.

Now that you have your pantry full of ingredients, let’s build out your repertoire of you offer to clients. Start with a name and a description, then add each of your ingredients and the template will automatically calculate the nutritional information for you. Easy as pie (actually, it’s WAY easier than pie).

3. Add your .

Super simple. Just add each of your clients to the table!

4. Plan your .

Assign dishes to clients on the schedule so you know what to cook when. You can also use the view to ensure that you’ve taken care of each and every client. And once you’re done there, your will also be ready for you automatically!
