Add all of the component ingredients of your dishes below as individual rows in this table. When possible, it is recommended that you make the standard unit 1 (e.g. 1 cup instead of .5 cup or 2 cups) as this makes the shopping list and other reports easier to understand.
Also, note that Coda AI is very good at providing the nutritional data. Simply enter the name, standard unit, and unit of measurement for an ingredient, then open Coda AI using the button in the bottom right corner of your screen, and enter the prompt “what is the nutritional information for [Standard Unit] [Unit of Measurement] of [Ingredient]?” For example, “What is the nutritional information for 1 tbsp of peanut butter?” In most cases, it will provide the information in a table format that you can easily copy-paste directly into your “Ingredients” table.
