The most challenging part of working out on your own is deciding what exercises to actually do. This app makes this easy as pi. All you need to do is select which body parts or muscle groups you’d like to workout along with the number of exercises you’d like to do. Then, the app will generate the set of exercises you want to do today!
From here on, you can add exercises, or replace them as you need to.
This works great for trainers who are running classes on zoom as well. You can add exercises for your clients, and setup workouts for them each day as homework or in-class exercises.
