For the first case study , im thinking of making it about the onboarding
The case study will be based on omnipractice onboarding with some additional hypothetical points, metrics and constraints
Im planning to structure story/case study in this order and milestones
(images O1 series) What → we had only tooltips in the home screen, no specific onboarding flow as such Outcome → the metrics which show need for onboarding , like support tickets after the first signup, Appointment bookings after signup, qualtitative and quantitavie feedback supporting the need for onbaording flow (images O2 series) The first onboarding flow - asked required fields before hand like name , address of the practice, the services offerd, locations offered, availability (images O2 series) Outcome →We need to show the outcome with metrics and other data showing the need for further refinement like a slight improvement in the metrics and kpis but not enough (images O3 series) refined onboarding smart defaults so that they dont have to enter data and loose momentum seeing long forms eg: Services, Locations, Availability etc, Better microcopy with the language specific to the customer Outcome→ we can show much improved overall metrics regarding it Listenting more and optimising further Write a detailed case study following this script, we have to show the design decisons data driven and insights from user research activities and brainstoriming, Design work should seem intentional, Empathy towards user, Systematic and pragmatic thinking and outcome oriented
We need to make this very short and its very easily scanable with sections and titles
