1. Primary Users

(direct interaction, daily usage)

Employees (Ordering side)
Place orders, customize meals, pay, track readiness.
Care about speed, clarity, and reliability.

Ram (Kitchen owner)
Manages incoming orders, batches, cooking progress, and payments.
Needs clarity, control, and reduced chaos.

2. Secondary Users

(indirect interaction, occasional usage)


Ram’s Helper / Employee (Kitchen staff)
May use a companion view (mobile) for marking orders ready or logging walk-ins.
Supports Ram but not always a core user.

Organisation (Employer/Company)
Benefits indirectly:
Employees get smoother lunch → less time wasted.
Helps maintain cafeteria harmony.
May later want analytics (usage, demand, peak time) but not part of daily flows.

3. Tertiary Users (possible future)

Payment gateway providers (integrations, UPI, card).
Vendors/partners if Ram expands to multiple stalls.
