Consider filling this grid out in a meeting of the whole team so you can ask people how much time they each need together.

Step-by-step:
Change the column names to match the names of your team members. Make sure you enter all the names in columns so they are in the same order as the names in the “Team member” column.
Fill in the grid one row at a time, noting how much time the person in that row needs with people in other teams or organizations, as well as within your team.
Use the drop-down menu to note how much time each pair of team-mates typically needs in meetings together (face-to-face or phone/video) each week. That should include both the time they spend in one-on-one meetings and in group meetings.
Once you’ve finished this step, you’re ready to check out .
How much time does each person on your team need to spend with each of their colleagues?
